Infertility Services are available under our medical coverage. There is a limit of 6 cycles max per lifetime for comprehensive infertility services and 3 cycles max per lifetime for advanced reproductive technology. Please note, this benefit is offered to employees that have been employed at Bristol Health for one or more years. Please see your Aetna plan documents for more details.

To support the health and wellness of our workforce and address the rising cost of healthcare, enrolled employees who use tobacco and/or tobacco products will have a $100 monthly surcharge. Employees will be asked to designate their tobacco use status during enrollment. When you submit your tobacco status, you are certifying that you are being truthful and accurate. If it is later discovered that your attestation does not reflect your true status, you may subject to disciplinary action.

Employees who identify themselves as a tobacco user at the time of enrollment may qualify for the non-tobacco rate by completing a tobacco cessation support program. The Aetna/CVS Minute clinic smoking cessation program is available to covered employees and covered dependents over age 18 at NO COST. Bristol Health covers the full cost of this program. The tier 1 pharmacy is the BH Retail Pharmacy located on level A at Bristol Hospital.

You will need to enter the benefit year in the first drop-down box, Choose a Plan Year, and then ‘Aetna Standard Plans’ from the Choose a Plan drop-down box. From there, you’ll be able to click on the purple ‘Search to see if a drug is covered’ button or access the formulary drug guide.
